All Rights Reserved – Sandy Kobialka aka Pixels & Papers retains and reserves the right to modify, update and change the Terms of Use for all digital designs at any time with or without notice.

All of my designs are considered “Personal Use” unless otherwise marked. These Terms of Use applies to all of my products, whether currently for sale, retired or given away by me as a freebie.

You may use my designs for the following purposes:

• To create your own scrapbook pages and projects, including hybrid works or paper crafting.
• To create layouts or other craft items for individual clients to be delivered to the client in paper or flattened form.
• Feel free to showcase your creative work on blogs, galleries, and websites without the obligation to provide credit, but a nod is appreciated.  Please list pixelsandpapers.com as your source.

Please do not use my designs in the following ways:

• You can’t just swoop in and claim my designs as your own, whether you tweak them or not.
• You are forbidden from sharing my designs.  Please share the link to my blog instead.
• You may not use my designs to craft blog designs, logos, brands, website designs, web page designs, blinkies or banners or promotional images for yourself or your clients.

Commercial Use items are used occasionally in the creation of my kits.  All items have been used as outlined by the CU designer terms.  Credit is given with individual kits when required.
