due to the immediate, digital nature of the products sold at pixels & papers, i do not offer refunds or exchanges as digital items cannot be returned. please read the product description carefully before you make a purchase. feel free to ask any questions beforehand.

to purchase a product from the shop at pixels & papers, you simply need to add the items you like to your cart. once you’re ready to purchase, head to your cart and as you’re checking out, you will need to create a free account which will allow you to log in and download your purchases whenever you like. it’s the easiest way to ensure you have access to what you have purchased at all times.

Do I need to be registered to purchase items from the shop?  Yes.  In order to make any purchase, you must first register in the shop.  This is for your own security, to keep track of any downloads registered to you, and to offer any support you might need during your purchase.  You can be sure that your information will ONLY be used for the Pixels & Papers shop, and that your information will NEVER be sold.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We process all payments at Pixels & Papers through Paypal. You may check out through Paypal without having an account there, using your credit card. Once you are directed to the Paypal site, just click on the link that says “Don’t have a Paypal Account?”, and you will be prompted to enter your credit card information.

When you view products in the shop, you have the option to place them into your shopping cart. You can place any number of products in your cart as you’re browsing through the shop.  Once you have finished shopping and would like to pay for your purchases, you need to View Cart, review your order and check out. During checkout, you will be provided with two payment options: PAYPAL and GIFT CERTIFICATE.  Select the appropriate method and proceed as directed.

What format are the downloaded files in?  All downloaded files are in compressed .zip format, which will require a program such as Winzip to unpack or uncompress them.  The reason for this is not only to try and keep the size of the files as small as possible for download, but also to neatly contain the content of your download in as few files as possible. You can download a free trial of Winzip from http://www.winzip.com, or your operating system may already have a built-in option that you can choose by right-clicking on the zipped file.

Does Pixels & Papers take a stand against digital piracy?  Pixels & Papers does NOT tolerate piracy of software, fonts, digital scrapbook items or anything else on this website. If we find that you are sharing files purchased here, your account will be suspended. Additionally, if you have downloaded any of our products from anywhere other than pixelsandpapers.com they may have been share illegally. Sharing these files in any way is not permitted. Please contact us if you find that you may have received a pirated file.
